    Welcome to the latest edition of my transformation journal!

    I am happy to see PHF resurrected. I hope that if more quality content gets added to the site,
    we might see an uptick in visitors and engagement.

    This will be a pretty simple workout log. My current cycle is a simple run of my favorite product of all
    time: XI-KT by Iron Legion.

    I'll be dosing 1.5-2ml XI-KT for 8 weeks or so. I've run this product many times before and typically in a stack
    with other things like Ostarine, S4, Dianodrol etc.

    I am starting this cycle weighing 117 KG (257 pounds). I definitely have a gut. I have been having solid workouts
    the last few months but I am really excited to see where this current run will take me.

    My current stack consists of: 10 mg MK-677, 1.5-2ml XI-KT
    I may throw in some other products as we go but for now that's all I am working with.


    Yesterday was Day 1.

    I had a solid full-body session with some cardio and sauna tacked on
    after spending the better part of the day painting my hallway and bathroom. I've been on the MK
    for a couple months now and love the fullness and endurance this product provides.

    I have not really been focused on strength gains at all but I've been steadily gaining nonetheless.

    Day 2

    Chest Press Machine
    3 x 12 @ 225 <--- Shoulders were feeling very tender following the painting/workout from yesterday.

    Barbell Pullover <--- Love this exercise. Need to remember to add this in more often.

    Decent session. Nothing too outrageous to write home about.

    As a general FYI, I am training in a European Gym which uses KGs for all
    plates and machines. I also am not someone who likes to bring a pencil and paper to to the gym.
    Thus, my numbers are as close as I can recall following a given session. Normally, the more I log, the
    easier it is to remember my workouts and weights used...

    Day 3

    Was feeling pretty sore and generally wrecked but decided to soldier on nonetheless...
    I'll be traveling tomorrow and I am not sure if I will be able to get to the gym much over the
    next few days.

    Could just be mental but I did feel like my endurance was up during this session. Again, might
    just be my impression but I feel like I am already noticing slight leaning across my upper stomach...

    XI-KT is a really useful compound this time of year and I am grateful it's once again available!

      Pretty random session at a gym I am visiting while in the USA. I
      felt pretty satisfied with the effort. I am definitely seeing leaning,
      vascularity, strength, and endurance all kick up a bit as the XI-KT.

      Annecdotally, I feel like this may be the strongest bottle I've used.

      Certainly feels more potent and seems to be coming on kicker than
      my last batch FWIW.

        I am still visiting the USA and training in a random little gym in my parent's town.

        My workouts continue to be fairly epic and I am definitely enjoying what the XI-KT
        is bringing to the table. I have dropped the MK for the moment as I didn't want
        to have to fly with additional pills. Despite this, I feel I am gaining rapidly in all categories
        listed yesterday.

            Headed back to Southern Germany tomorrow.
            Had a fun and productive time in the USA but I
            feel ready to be back home with my lady across the Atlantic.
